These Terms & Conditions apply to westnordvitalisdailycarehub.com and to each purchase made through it. The site and its sales are operated by Gem Trail Inc, trading as Westnord Vitalis Daily Care Hub, at 5142 N Academy Blvd Unit #4293 Colorado Springs, CO 80918 USA. By placing an order you accept the terms below.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to buy from this website. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the payment method is yours or is used with the account holder’s permission.
2. Orders and prices
Prices are in United States dollars and apply to the single item shown on its product page. The price on the product page is the price charged at checkout. We show no comparison price and apply no automatic discount. A price may change, but the price in effect when you order is the price charged for that order.

3. Billing descriptor
Your statement will show this charge under the name westnordvitalisdailyca.
If a charge is unfamiliar, call (844) 870-9038 or write to info@westnordvitalisdailycarehub.com before contacting your bank. We can usually identify the order faster than a dispute can be resolved.
4. Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Each order is a single payment, taken once at checkout. We do not offer subscriptions, memberships, or recurring charges. Your card is charged once, when the order is placed, for the total shown on the checkout page. There is no membership, no trial period, no automatic renewal and no stored future charge. If a card is declined, no order is placed.
By accepting the agreement at checkout you authorize Gem Trail Inc to charge your card the single total shown at that moment, including any applicable sales tax.
5. Shipping and handling
Shipping and handling are included in the price of every item, with no minimum order and no surcharge for size or weight. Orders leave our fulfillment center within one business day by USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive in two to five business days. We deliver within the United States only.

6. Returns and refunds
Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items that are used, opened or in a bathroom environment cannot be returned. Refunds go to the original payment method. The procedure is set out on the Refund Policy page.
7. Use of products
Every item here is a non-diagnostic home care supply for daily comfort and everyday routines. Nothing on this website is a diagnosis, a treatment or a cure, and no product is offered as a substitute for care from a licensed health professional. Where an item may help with comfort, that is the only claim made for it. Speak with your own health professional before you use any item for a health need.
8. Product descriptions
Each item is described with its dimensions in inches, its load limit in pounds where one applies, and its care steps. Colors may appear slightly different on each screen. Such differences are not a defect.
9. Privacy
Personal information will not be shared with Third Parties. The full Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it is used.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the liability of Gem Trail Inc for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under consumer protection law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
