A pull-on knee sleeve with an open kneecap and a removable silicone ring around the patella. Two flexible coiled steel side springs can be taken out when you do not want them, and silicone bands at the top and bottom cuffs keep the sleeve in position.
The panel behind the knee is open knit to keep the joint ventilated. Measure around the knee joint in inches and choose the size that matches that measurement before you order.
